PILATES LESSONS
Each Pilates lesson is a 50 minute vigorous full-body workout that strengthens and stretches simultaneously with a deep emphasis on the core. Core strength increases your ability to generate power to your muscles. Pilates will complement any workout program, and is safe for all fitness levels.
your first lesson
A Pilates session is 50 minutes and is composed of a combination of equipment at a level appropriate for each client. Our equipment pieces include a classical pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, Ped-U-Pul and other props.
Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing. No shoes are required, grip socks are optional.
